Well when I cave and raise totals, Mother Nature says "no." When I don't cave, she pulls a fast one yet again. Weather at it's finest folks! Upping my totals for all map zones. Precipitation shield moved a touch further north than the last storm putting Schuylkill County now in the solid 4 to 6 inch range. Berks/Lehigh Valley in the 6 to 8 inch range.
