THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN STATE COLLEGE HAS ISSUED A WIND ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO NOON EDT THURSDAY.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST AT 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.

* IMPACTS...TREE LIMBS COULD FALL ON POWER LINES AND CAUSE LOCAL POWER OUTAGES. LIGHTWEIGHT OUTDOOR OBJECT WILL BE TOSSED ABOUT.
