Shenandoah Homicide Suspect Caught in NYC

According to WNEP, Luis Ramos, the suspect in yesterday's homicide in Shenandoah has been captured.


With the help of US Marshals, NYPD, and State Police, Ramos was captured around 6pm in New York City.
