* AT 600 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THESE WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA. RAINFALL IN EXCESS OF TWO INCHES HAS ALREADY FALLEN IN SOME PLACES...AND LOCALLY HEAVY - FLOODING RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 8 PM.
