According the WNEP, the Schuylkill County District Attorney's Office is looking for Anthony Montanari, of Weston, Luzerne County after he reportedly took $450,000 from an elderly man in Shenandoah Heights.
Montanari reportedly promised to do work on the man's home but never did the work.
He is also wanted to Luzerne County.
