The Mahanoy City Police Department posted the following to their Facebook Page Wednesday Afternoon
At approx. 1:20 PM today officers investigated a suspicious incident where an elderly male told a young child to get into his vehicle. Male was not known to the child. At this time, Mahanoy City Police are looking to speak with this male who is described as being an Elderly with white hair wearing green shirt Vehicle described as : Older model possibly Chevrolet Light Green/Greyish in color with Scratches on the driver side door. Last Scene heading west on Center Street. There was also an elderly female inside of the vehicle with the male. Male is just wanted for questioning at this time.
