The Mahanoy City Police Department posted the following to their Facebook page
"Mahanoy City Police have arrested Alexis M Colon for impersonating a police officer and various other charges. At time of arrest Colon was wearing a Passaic County Sheriff uniform and identified himself as a Deputy Sheriff. Colon also provided a false names at the time of arrest. Colon’s true identity was found after he was identified using Live Scan. Colon did have in his possession a BB-gun and fake ammo which looked like a real revolver. Colon was driving a Black 2002 Honda Accord bearing NJ registration. Colon will be arraigned today on Officer Rentschlers charges."
