Emergency personnel were called to Forrest St. in Franklin Twp., Carbon County around 2am for a motor vehicle accident.
According to sources, the three were driving in a Jeep Cherokee, when it struck a boulder and trees on a curve and the Jeep came to rest on it's roof.
Two people were pronounced dead at the scene. The injured person was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital. There is no update on the person's condition at this time.
