Just after 1:30pm Tuesday afternoon, crews were called to the railroad tracks after an SUV went over an embankment near South Centre St. near Wehr's Auto Service.
The woman who was driving the SUV was reportedly taken to a local hospital. No word on the extent of her injuries.
