According to WNEP, West Mahanoy Township Police have arrested Marc Galan, 26, for the shooting of Jeremy Ney, 19, late Thursday night.
Ney was found along Route 54 near William Penn with a gun shot to his back.
Galan has been place in Schuylkill County Prison.
