Ashland Man Acquitted on Charges of Alleged Sexual Abuse

John J. Micklesavage, 48, of Ashland,  was acquitted on sexual assault charges from an alleged sexual abuse of a girl in early 2012, according to the Republican Herald.

The charges against him were 4 counts of indecent assault, three of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, one corruption of minor and one endangering the welfare of children.

Micklesavage had been charged for molesting a girl various times over a year and a half in his home.
