Man Behind Threats Did So To Avoid Fines; Had Criminal History

After a frustrating and nerve-racking Friday, the County went back to normal Monday and we found out more about the man behind it all

On Friday morning, the Schuylkill County Courthouse evacuated after it received voice-mails overnight stating that if it did not close by noon, that he and his terrorist group would shoot up a school.

This threat closed the Schuylkill County Courthouse for the rest of the day Friday and put ever School District in Schuylkill County on edge.  Some districts even closed the rest of the day.

Officials quickly found the source of the phone calls and tracked down Todd Dohner, 48, of Pine Grove and had him in custody by mid-afternoon Friday.

On Monday, we found that Dohner allegedly did it all, just to avoid paying fines
