3 Homes Destroyed By Fire in Shenandoah on Sunday

Around  3pm Sunday, fire crews were called to 504 West Center Street in Shenandoah for a working structure fire.

The fire was reported to be fully involved when crews arrived and was reported to have started in an abandoned home.

The fire quickly spread to two other homes and a 2nd alarm was issued.

Crews from Shenandoah, Shenandoah Heights, Mahanoy City, Frackville, Ringtown, and Englewood fought the blaze.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
