Shenandoah Police Charge Three Men for Beating Man

The Shenandoah Police charged three men with assault charges after beating a man.


According to the Republican Herald

Shenandoah police charged John A. Riddick, 35, of 318 W. Lloyd St.; Benjamin Twardzik, 24, and Robert L. Tabourn, 23, both of 336 W. Centre St., Shenandoah.

Patrolman William Moyer charged each man with two felony counts of aggravated assault, four misdemeanor counts of simple assault and one misdemeanor count each of recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and harassment.

The three were arraigned by on-call Magisterial District Judge Stephen J. Bayer, Tamaqua, and committed to Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $50,000 straight cash bail each.
