According to an article on PAHomepage.com, Bridget Pollack, a teacher at the Mahanoy Area School District, crashed her SUV into a light post at 3rd and Centre St. in the borough of Mahanoy City on Christmas Eve evening.
Pollack then fled the scene but was found by police a short time later with an open bottle of wine. She also admitted to have been drinking all day.
Pollack faces a list of other driving related charges as well.
