NCAA to Restore Penn State Victories

Senator Corman (R. Centre County) announced at a 1pm news conference from the State Capitol that the NCAA will restore all 112 games taken from Penn State University due to the Sandusky scandal.

The only punishment remaining is Penn State is still responsible for a $60 million fine.

111 of those wins were Joe Paterno's and 1 win under an interim coach.
