On Friday March 20th, 2015 at approx 1:45pm all Schuylkill County Police units received a BOLO for a black Chevy SUV which was involved in an abduction in Hazleton City.
Around 2:06pm the vehicle was spotted on Route 924 in Brandonville along with the victims vehicle, East Union Twp Chief Rentschler conducted a vehicle stop on both vehicles along with assistance of Captain O'neil of Shenandoah Police who was off duty and assisted. 3 males and 2 females were taken into custody and the victim was transported to the hospital by Shenandoah Als. Other assisting units included Shenandoah, Mahanoy City, West Mahanoy, Mahanoy Twp, Frackville, Psp-Frack and Hazleton Police.
