According the department, the incident occurred around 2:00 PM Friday afternoon.
Police are looking for a 2006-2010 Ford Expedition black in color. The vehicle has heavy front end damage and will also be missing the passenger side mirror. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Rush Township Police Department at (570)668-4242.
