According to the National Weather Service,
NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA. A FEW OF THESE STORMS COULD PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND GUSTS OR LOCALIZED FLOODING.
Forecasts show that Schuylkill County and the surrounding areas could begin to see heavy thunderstorms as early as noon. Storms will develop throughout the rest of the afternoon and the threat will remain into the early morning hours of Wednesday.
Temperatures will remain around 70 degrees through the afternoon and evening but with the humidity around 100%, it will feel much warmer and stickier.
