Victim's Name Released from Fatal ATV Crash

The victim's name from Monday's fatal ATV crash has been released.

The Schuylkill County coroner was called to a fatal ATV crash in Rush Township around 4:30pm Monday afternoon.

The crash occurred on Marian Ave. near Tamaqua.

The victim, Daniel Pupko, 54, of Grier City was killed when his ATV flipped.

Alcohol was reported to have played a role in the crash.
