According to Pennlive.com, James Whitman, 25, is accused of punching a 29-year-old man in the face and head multiple times, as well as choking the man. The man suffered injuries to his face and head as a result of the incident.
Court documents state Whitman has been charged with simple assault and harrassment. He has been locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post bail.
