Home Damaged By Fire Wednesday Evening in Ashland

Around 9:00pm Wednesday evening, emergency personnel were called to a house fire at the corner of Chesnut and Hoffman Boulevard in Ashland.


Thick black smoke was reported to have been coming from the front of the home when crews arrived.

Ashland's Fire Department made quick work and had the fire out within 15 minutes of their arrival.

The fire reportedly started in the kitchen.

Fire crews and ems responded from Ashland and Girardville.
