Traffic crashes are among the leading causes of death in Pennsylvania. Educating the public about the proper use of child safety seats in motor vehicles plays an important role in saving lives. Members certified as Child Passenger Safety Technicians will be holding child passenger safety seat check events across the Commonwealth, in support of this campaign. The seat check events provide an opportunity for parents and other caregivers to have their child safety seat checked, and receive instruction on how to make sure their child safety seat is properly installed.
