Pine Grove Man Confesses to Schuylkill Haven Robbery

After an investigation, Schuylkill Haven Borough Police have charged Cody Sticker, 22, of Pine Grove for a robbery that took place on August 29th.

According to police, just after 4:00am, on Saturday, August 29th, Sticker entered the Turkey Hill on West Columbia Street with a sawed off stainless steel shotgun and demanded money from the clerk.

The clerk followed Sticker's orders and gave him the money.  Sticker then exited the store.  The clerk was unharmed in the incident.

Borough Police used media outlets to broadcast the video surveillance of the incident and through a response from the public were able to help identify Sticker.

Sticker had already been arrested on August 30th by the Pennsylvania State Police for an armed
robbery that took place the same morning at the Raceway Truckstop in Tremont Township.

Sticker confessed to both armed robberies.

Schuylkill Haven Borough Police have charged Sticker with Robbery, Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Terroristic Threats, Prohibited Offensive Weapon, Possessing Instruments of Crime, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

Sticker who is currently incarcerated at Schuylkill County Prison on the charges filed by Pa State Police will be arraigned on the charges filed by Schuylkill Haven Borough Police through District Judge James Ferrier, Orwigsburg.
