According the Republican Herald, the Pottsville Police Department arrested Godfrey Wall,s 43, of Philadelphia, and Linda Marie Evans, 32, of Pottsville for the traffic stop where heroin was found.
The traffic stop was part of an investigation into the delivery of drugs into the city and surrounding areas.
According to Magisterial Records, Wall was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and criminal use of a communications facility.
Evans was charged with conspiracy to delivery a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
