Rachel Minerva Foose, 32, of 406 Golf Road, Andreas, has been charged with attempted murder in the 1st degree, attempted murder in the 3rd degree, aggravated assault, simple assault, endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person.
Foose was arraigned and committed to Schuylkill County Prison, unable to post bail
