Heroin Found During Traffic Stop

On 11/4/2015 at 2:30am an Rush Township Police Officer on patrol stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and upon further investigation found over 120 bags of heroin on the driver, Nathan Ross, of Nescopeck.

Ross is facing charges of DUI, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia as well as summary traffic violations.

A passenger in the vehicle, Matthew Eggler, of Berwick, was determined to have a felony warrant out of Columbia county for possession with intent to deliver heroin and taken to the Schuylkill County Prison. 

Upon being processed at the prison Eggler was found to be in possession of over 50 bags of heroin with most being hidden in his anal cavity. Eggler is also facing numerous drug related charges.
