Man Facing Attempted Homicide Charges

According to WNEP, Jamie Zulkowski, 37, of Ashland confronted the victim inside a house in Gordon Tuesday afternoon. Zulkowski reportedly fired several shots at a victim and when he missed, punched and kicked the victim.


Butler Township Police charged Zulkowski with attempted homicide, aggravated assault, burglary, theft, terroristic threats, and other charges.

Zulkowski was arraigned Wednesday before Magisterial District Judge David A. Plachko and is locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post bail.

A preliminary hearing is set for January 20th, 2016.
