On December 20th, 2015 it was reported to Police by Compinski that he was the victim of several crimes, none of which were found to have occurred.
On December 21st, 2015 Compinski again reported to Police that unknown persons were abandoning infants, this report was also found to be false.
During both incidents it was found that Compinski appeared under the influence of a controlled substance.
Compinski will have to answer to charges of Emergency Telephone Services, False Reports, and False Alarms to Agencies of Public Safety in both incidents before MDJ HALE, Frackville.
