Wanted Man Turns Himself In

On February 8th, 2016 Frackville Borough Police were summoned to Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale’s office, Frackville, where a wanted person wished to turn himself in.

Allen Zimmerman, Frackville, turned himself in on a warrant stemming from an incident on January 11th, 2016 in the 200 block of N. Nice St., after Borough Police were dispatched to a residence for a report of someone unlawfully being in the home. 

Investigation into the incident revealed that Zimmerman unlawfully entered the residence and refused to leave after several warnings. It was also revealed that while in the residence, he took a cell phone belonging to another and made threats to the resident with a knife. 

Zimmerman was charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Receiving Stolen Property, Theft, Terroristic Threats, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, and Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime. 

Zimmerman was released on $30,000 unsecured bail.
