North Schuylkill Hosts "Stand Against Racism Assembly"

On Friday, North Schuylkill Jr/Sr High School hosted a special assembly in honor of “Stand Against Racism”.

Dr. Michael Fowlin, whose program was sponsored by North Schuylkill’s Diversity Club, was the special guest speaker for students in grades 7 through 10. The program’s goal was to create an atmosphere of worldwide inclusion, not just tolerance, towards all people. Dr. Fowlin has worked with students of all age groups in the United States, and other countries. North Schuylkill students enjoyed the program tremendously, where the goal was to celebrate our differences, and accept our shared experiences.
