Man Facing Drug and Tampering With Evidence Charges
Police were called to the area of 400 South Lehigh Ave referencing a heroin overdose. When police arrived they located a male unconscious in a bath tub inside the residence.
Arrigo told officers that the male just injected heroin. Arrigo told police that he flushed the syringe and heroin down the toilet before police arrived.
Police were able to located nine (9) white bags of heroin and five (5) blue bags of heroin on top of the trash can located in the bathroom that were not destroyed.
Arrigo was charged with Furnishing of False or Fraudulent Materials From Application, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence. Arrigo will have to answer to the above charges before Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.
