Southbound Lanes of Interstate 81 Open After Months of Construction

From just north of the Ravine Exit to the Lebanon County line, the newly paved Southbound Interstate 81 reopened around 5:00pm.

Lanes restrictions began back in Mid May when the southbound lanes were moved to the northbound side.  This was the second part of a long project after the Northbound side was repaved in 2015.

Northbound traffic will remain one lane until the barriers are removed.
