According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, on Sunday, 02/19/17, police were called to the Girardville American Legion, located on the 100 Block of Main Street for the reports of a burglary that occurred between 4:30pm and 7:30pm.
An investigation led to police issuing a warrant of arrest for Michael Butler, 34, of Ashland
On Wednesday, Butler was arrested by police in the borough of Frackville and later arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Rossi.
