3 Charged with Theft
Frackville Borough Police were called to an incident that occurred on February 01, 2017 involving a stolen purse.
Upon investigation, Harold Fowler and Bethany Fowler, both of Frackville, along with Charles Fowler of Shenandoah were identified.
Harold Fowler is charged with 6 counts of Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, 6 counts of Receiving stolen property, 6 counts of Identify theft, and 6 counts of Credit cards.
Both Bethany Fowler and Charles Fowler were charged with 1 count of Theft by unlawful taking or disposition, 1 count of Receiving stolen property, 1 count of Identify theft, and 1 count of Credit cards.
All charged will have to be answered by Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.
