Man Charged After Domestic Dispute

On Tuesday, 02/14/2016, Saint Clair Police charged Robert M. Hoysock, as a result of a domestic dispute on Mill Creek Ave., East Norwegian Township around 8:30AM

Hoysock was charged with Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Harassment. Hoysock was arraigned and placed into Schuylkill County Prison on $35,000 bond.

Man Charged After January Domestic Incident

West Mahanoy Township Police have filed charges as a result of a domestic incident on January 30th, 2017 in the township.

Investigation into this incident revealed that the victim had been choked several times and thrown to the floor. The victim also did show signs of recent injury consistent with the victim's account of the incident. 

As a result of the incident, Philip Klemow, Frackville, will have to answer to charges of Simple Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Harassment before Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.

Charges Filed After Individual Failed to Comply with Fingerprint Requirements

West Mahanoy Township Police have filed charges as a result of an investigation regarding mandatory fingerprinting. 

Police were alerted by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency regarding several individuals failing to comply with fingerprinting requirements after being arrested. 

Investigation into this complaint revealed that Tanya Bennett, Mahanoy City, failed to be fingerprinted as required after a previous arrest. 

Bennett will have to answer to a charge of Default in Required Appearance before Magisterial District Judge Christina Hale, Frackville.

Man Charged with Stealing Television and XBOX

Saint Clair Police have charged Casey Woolson, (presently incarcerated at the Schuylkill Co. Prison) with the theft of a 32" Television and XBOX One game system from a home on Franklin St. in Saint Clair. Total value of the items taken: $924.97. 

The victim reported to police that Woolson made threats as a result of the victims cooperation with police. Charges of Theft By Unlawful Taking and Intimidation Of A Witness have been filed.
