Governor Orders All Commonwealth Flags to Fly at Half Staff to Honor Fallen Firefighter

Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all commonwealth flags on the Capitol Complex and at all commonwealth facilities in York and Dauphin Counties to remain flying at half-staff to honor fallen City of Harrisburg firefighter Dennis DeVoe.

Dennis DeVoe, a resident of Stewartstown and a 21 year member of Harrisburg fire service, died from injuries after his car was struck by another vehicle while en route to a fire in Harrisburg on Friday, March 10th, 2017.

Flags shall remain lowered at half-staff until his internment.

All Pennsylvanians are invited to participate in this tribute.
