Learn How to Make "Moo Goo" with the Blue Mountain 4-H Livestock Club

Come celebrate the Paper Clover Campaign with the Blue Mountain 4-H Livestock Club.

The 4-H Livestock Club will be at the Pine Grove Tractor Supply on April 29 and May 6 during the hours of 10AM to 4PM. The club will be directing a hands on activity for customers who wish to learn the agriculture science behind Moo Goo. Using all products from the agriculture industry like corn starch and glue participants can make a fun natural safe gelatinous product to keep young and old alike amused for a while.

This activity will be directed by Stefani Strouse a member of the club who attended National Youth Summit on Agri-Science in the early part of February of this year. Stefani Strouse daughter of Steve and Staci Strouse of Auburn recently attended a Youth Summit on Agri-Science. Stef is a member of the Blue Mt. 4-H Livestock Club and was selected as one of eight candidates to represent Pennsylvania. Thirty seven 4-H Youth from across the nation met in Washington D.C. at the National 4-H Headquarters for the four day summit.

Stefani Moo Goo Program is one of the requirements of attending this Youth Summit. Stef will be assisted with this program by other club members under the direction of the club leaders Jill Felty and Kim Morgan.
