Noise Complaint Leads to Gunfire

What started out as a noise complaint led to gunfire late Saturday.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, Eimont Bronzini,58, of  1481 Valley Road, Tamaqua, Walker Township, called police on Saturday, around 7:00pm, to make a noise complaint about his neighbors pool and party they were having.  A party that also included children.

Police arrived but were not able to hear the noises that Bronizini was complaining about.

Soon after Police left, Bronzini began blaring techno music in his house, then opened his back door and began firing a Ruger handgun into the hill and rocks aside his neighbors house where the party was taking place.

Bronzini was place under arrest and charges with reckless endangering, persistent disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and a summary safety zone charge.

Bronzini was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rossi and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $25,000 straight cash bail.

  1. I don't blame the police because they come and the person turns the noise down like the radio . After the cops leave the music goes back up . We have that around our house they play loud music Spanish of course and as loud as it can go , Plus yelling like two year Olds . I don't care if you party but have some respect or go back to your own country and take your flags with you . I feel like that man, you get so disgusted you feel like pulling a gun out because you get no help . The cops should just fine them and it would stop them from acting like a child. I guess this is not only in Shenandoah. When we tell them nice they say we done this in Queens New York good go back to New York leave us alone. JoJo
