Three Injured, Two Flown After Crash Friday Afternoon

Three people were injured in a crash near Ashland Friday afternoon.



Just before 5:00pm, emergency personnel were called to the area between Goulds Pumps and the "Y" intersection for Big Mine Run, Butler Township, near Ashland, for a 1 car motor vehicle accident.

3 people were injured in the crash, one victim was flown from the Goulds Pump parking lot, a second victim was flown from Memorial Field, Ashland, and the third was transported to the hospital via ambulance.

Ashland Fire, Washington Rescue, Butler Township Police, and State Police were all on scene.

Route 54 was closed for roughly an hour while the crash was cleared.
