Man Charged for Violating PFA Order
On Tuesday, around 3:50pm, the Pennsylvania State Police repsonded to the 100 Block of Valley Street in New Philadelphia for a PFA Violation.
Police say Joseph Richard ANGST Sr, 51, of Shenandoah, violated a court ordered PFA by arriving at his father's residence, knowing he was not to do so.
Charges Indirect Criminal Contempt were filed against Angst and was arraigned before on call Magisterial District Judge David Rossi. Angst was locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $5,000 Straight Cash Bail.

Man Charged in Previous Incident Found to Be a Fugitive from Tennessee
During the investigation of a disturbance, Police took Richard Andino Jr., Mainville, into custody.
It was later found that Andino was also wanted by the state of Tennessee.
An additional charge of being a Fugitive from Justice was filed against Andino by Township Police to facilitate his extradition to Tennessee to answer to the warrant.
