The Shenandoah Borough Police have announced parking restrictions for Saturday's Heritage Day.
Parking restrictions for Heritage Day, Saturday August 26, 2017: There will be no parking from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM at the following locations:
-North Main St from Centre to Washington St
-200 block N Jardin St from Washington to Penn Sts
-Unit block N White St
-North Main St from Centre to Washington St
-200 block N Jardin St from Washington to Penn Sts
-Unit block N White St
There is also no parking on N Jardin St from Centre to Coal Sts from 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM. (This area will be used for the parade line-up)
Additionally, North Main St will be closed to traffic from Centre to Washington Sts from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
-Detour traffic traveling north on Main St will be: Main to East Centre; East Centre to North White; North White to East Washington; East Washington back to Main St.
-Detour traffic traveling south on Main St will be: Main St to West Washington ; West Washington to North Jardin; North Jardin to West Centre; West Centre to back to Main St.
