He is wearing eye glasses. On September 25 at approximately 4 p.m., McNeil left his residence located on the 1300 block of Fairview Drive, Bern Township.
He is operating his silver 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer bearing Pennsylvania Registration FHD-6146.
He may be travelling in the area of Muhlenberg Township.
He has failed to return to his residence and may be confused.
Police believe this person may be at special risk of harm or injury.
