The Community of Caring Christians Hosts Block Party in St. Clair

On Saturday September 9, 2017 several churches in town of St. Clair set aside their doctrinal differences and hosted a block party for the good of their community.

They call themselves "The Community of Caring Christians" and they feel the outreach to the community displays the love of God.

The pastors of the participating churches take months to plan out a day for their community.

There is no charge and everything that day is free. Activities included a meal, free clothing, activities for children and music.

Children were able to make their own slime, play games and enjoy snow cones.

Later in the afternoon music was provided by Teen Challenge.

If you missed the fun this year that's alright as the pastors and the church's volunteers are already planning for next year.
