Eleanor M Reinoehl, age 92, of Providence Place, Pine Grove, formerly of Hegins, passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Providence Place.

She was born on Friday, January 30, 1925, in Barry Twp, a daughter of the late Arthur Geist and the late Laura Kessler Geist.

She was a graduate of the former Hegins Twp High School.

Eleanor was a member of the Church of God, Valley View.

Her husband Mahlon "Bud" F Reinoehl, passed away in 1991.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and by two brothers, Walter Geist and Clyde Geist.

She is survived by a son, Frank A Reinoehl and his wife Sally of Valley View; a daughter, Cathy A Bretz and her husband Melvin of Hegins; two granddaughters, Tonya J Sherry of Hegins and Lindsay A Bartleson of York; six great grandchildren; three brothers, Marvin Geist of Hegins, Arnold Geist of Hegins, Ronald Geist of Hummelstown; a sister, Lorraine Schwalm of Harrisburg; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the Church of God, Valley View, on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at 11:00 am, with Rev. Gerald Frey officiating.

A viewing will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Tuesday at the church.

Burial will be made in Church of God Cemetery, Weishample, Hegins.

Susan M (McGregor) Moore, age 61, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at Hospice Community Care in Mount Joy, PA. 

The widow of Larry E. Moore who died 11/19/2012 she is survived by; Two sons, Brian R Moore of Marietta, Daniel S Moore of Tamaqua; Grandchild, Matthew D. Moore; four brothers, Stephen and his wife Shelly of Coaldale, Terrence of North Wales, Michael of Collegeville and Robert McGregor of Coaldale 

Born in Ambler, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Robert L. McGregor and Irene (Storey) McGregor. 

Susan was a member of the Trinity U.C.C. of Tamaqua, and cherished spending time with her family. 

Private Arrangements have been entrusted to the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa. 

Interment Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pennsylvania.

Thomas B. "Tom" McMullen, 84, of South Felty Rd., Pine Grove, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2017 at home.

Born on May 28, 1933 in Baltimore, MD, he was a son of the late Leo and Elizabeth Nelson McMullen.
He was a 1951 graduate of St. Joe's High School. He was a member of St. Augustine Church in MD and attended St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Pine Grove.
Tom was an Iron Worker, retiring from the Local 404 in Harrisburg.
He was Past President for 25 years of the Pine Grove Democratic Club, member of the Pottsville Democratic Executive Board, and a lifetime member of Mt. Aetna Fire Co., Bethel Fire Co., and Roedersville Gun Club.
Preceding him in death was a son, Thomas McMullen, Jr., 7 brothers and 7 sisters.
Surviving are his wife of 37 years on October 25, Ruth A. Mease McMullen; a step son, Ralph and wife LouAnn Keefer of Pine Grove; a step grandson, Brennan and wife Jennifer Keefer; a sister, Phyllis Leaf of Colorado.
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 312 S. Tulpehocken St., Pine Grove with Dr. Richard Schoenleber officiating. There will be a Calling Time on Saturday, November 4, 2017 from Noon until time of service at the Church. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery, Pine Grove.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 312 S. Tulpehocken St. Pine Grove, PA 17963 in his memory.

Francis J. Zagar, 58, of Pottsville, died Friday, October 27th, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading. 

Francis was born in Pottsville on May 10, 1959, a son of the late Janet (Dellago) Twigg and Joseph Zagar, Sr. Francis was the husband of Sheryl L. (Graham) Zagar. They married on April 30th, 1977. 

He loved Cooking, Photography, and Shopping and enjoyed Movies. He loved and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was of the Free Methodist Faith and was previously employed by World Resources, Pottsville and also Hess Catering, Schuylkill Haven. He belonged to the Pottsville Jaycees. 

In addition to Sheryl, his wife of 40 years, Francis is survived by his daughter, Angelia D. Zagar, Companion of Joshua Sulick of Pottsville; son Jason B. Zagar, of Pottsville , FiancĂ© of Laura DeMaio a brother, Joseph Zagar, Jr., husband of Mary , Ohio. 11 precious Grandchildren. He was preceded by his Son Bradley Zagar, Granddaughter Jolene Moyer, and his beloved Dog Bear. 

Friends are invited to call Sunday Evening, November 5th from 6 PM until 8 PM. at Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. in Orwigsburg. 

A Celebration of Francis's Life Service will be held Monday Morning November 6th at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Friends are also invited to call from 9:30 AM until time of service Monday Morning. 

Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hamilton-Breiner Funeral Home, Inc. 116 South Liberty Street Orwigsburg, PA 17961.
