To conclude their celebrations of the 100th Anniversary of Our Lady of Fatima, St. Teresa of Calcutta Church in Mahanoy City will sponsor three separate Rosary events on October 13th, 14th, and 15th.
They invite the community to attend one or more of these services!
- Friday, October 13th - there will be a Rosary Service to commemorate our Lady of Fatima at 7pm in front of St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish (weather permitting). Light refreshments will follow the service, and we invite everyone to attend.
- Saturday, October 14th, there will be a Rosary Service at 12pm in front of the Mahanoy City High Rise.
- Sunday, October 15th, the ACTION Youth Group will launch a Balloon Rosary. Please note the change in time to 5:45pm! We will be meeting in front of St. Teresa of Calcutta Church, and process to St. Cecilia’s yard. The Balloon Rosary is weather permitting, and an alternative Candlelight Rosary will be held in the church if the weather does not cooperate.. All are welcome to come and pray with us. Parents, bring your kids! They will love this!
