The juvenile, identified as, Liriolgie (Lily) Mercado-Reyes,17, left a note indicating she was going to help a friend, however the victim hasn’t been heard from since.
The juvenile does have a history of running away and has ties to the Reading PA area.
The juvenile’s known relatives have been interviewed and unaware of her location.
