In September 2017, as the result of an investigation by the Pottsville Police, a felony arrest warrant was issued for Kyree Davon Carter, 23.
Carter is charged with statutory sexual assault against a 15 year old victim for an incident that occurred on August 5, 2017 in Pottsville.
Police are asking for the public's help in finding Carter.
His last known residence was in the city of Scranton, but is also known to have ties to New Jersey.
