According to Police, Charles Walker, was last seen on or about February 15, 2018. Police say an exact date is unknown due to the fact that Mr. Walker lives alone.
Walker is described as a black male, 74 years of age, 6’2”, weighs approximately 170 pounds, grey hair, brown eyes, wears glasses, and has facial hair (beard).
Mr. Walker is known to take public transportation and resides in Frackville Borough and is possibly suffering from early stages of dementia.
