Noise Complaint Leads to Gunfire

What started out as a noise complaint led to gunfire late Saturday.


According to the Pennsylvania State Police at Frackville, Eimont Bronzini,58, of  1481 Valley Road, Tamaqua, Walker Township, called police on Saturday, around 7:00pm, to make a noise complaint about his neighbors pool and party they were having.  A party that also included children.

Police arrived but were not able to hear the noises that Bronizini was complaining about.

Soon after Police left, Bronzini began blaring techno music in his house, then opened his back door and began firing a Ruger handgun into the hill and rocks aside his neighbors house where the party was taking place.

Bronzini was place under arrest and charges with reckless endangering, persistent disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and a summary safety zone charge.

Bronzini was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Rossi and locked up in Schuylkill County Prison unable to post $25,000 straight cash bail.
